Noetic Talent Partners was founded in 2021 to be different than your average executive search firm, where we focus on the quality of applicants submitted. Gracie focuses on building relationships and helping startups to Midsize companies find the right hire(s) who will make a difference. She has applied experience across various positions and industries, which allows her to understand the inner working of different employment opportunities.

Gracie started recruiting in the Oil and Gas industry nearly a decade ago. As the industry has evolved toward more technical-driven products, she started Noetic Talent Partners to specialize in that area. Her extensive networking directory enables her to establish opportunities and relationships across multiple industries. Gracie’s past employment endeavors allow her to fulfill both candidate and enterprise needs.
